Historic collection of 46 Ferraris and two Alfa Romeos to cross the auction block at The World’s Largest Collector Car Auction® this January

Walworth, Wis. – December 11, 2025 – A collection that has already made a massive impact on the car-collecting world with the announcement of its upcoming offering is now set to turn up the excitement even further by crossing the auction block at no reserve. The prestigious Bachman Ferrari Collection , comprising 46 pristine and low-mileage Ferraris with impeccable provenance and two Alfa Romeos, will take to the Mecum stage on Saturday, Jan. 17, at The World’s Largest Collector Car Auction® in Kissimmee, Florida. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts to bid on some of the most coveted Ferraris ever seen together under the same roof. The Bachman Ferrari Collection will join an estimated 4,500 vehicles slated for Mecum Kissimmee 2026 this Jan. 6-18 and serve as a highlight of the event alongside Bianco Speciale.

This prestigious collection originates from the estate of Phil and Martha Bachman and traces its beginnings to 1984 with their purchase of a brand-new 308 GTS Quattrovalvole that remains in the collection to this day. Over the next four decades, the Bachmans added roughly one Ferrari per year to their stables, focusing on pristine, often final-production examples, many of which they ordered new in a factory-applied yellow finish. The Bachman Ferrari Collection today presents as a breathtaking curation of high-performance Prancing Horse masterpieces, with rarities and standouts that make it one of the world’s preeminent Ferrari fleets. With all of it now slated to be offered at no reserve in Kissimmee, this auction will be as historic as the vehicles themselves.

From early icons like the 1953 Ferrari 166 MM to modern legends such as the 2015 LaFerrari and 2006 track-only FXX , The Bachman Ferrari Collection captures the timeline of Ferrari performance, innovation and design, and the standouts are numerous.
